Your Department of Illinois VFW Service Office staff will be honored to assist you with the preparation of your claim for VA benefits.

The VFW Service Office staff works together with field offices of the Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs and County Veterans Assistance Commissions throughout the State of Illinois and local VFW Post Service Officers to provide professional quality assistance and advice to veterans and their families.

Please review the areas of our website that interest you. Contact us if you have any questions about VA benefits and what you may be entitled to. This website does not discuss all VA benefits so if you have a question, ASK!

The VFW believes that every claimant for VA benefits will benefit from knowledgeable representation. We encourage you to seek representation from one of the established veterans organizations which have service officers that are trained to advise and assist you.
